Four times each year The Arkansas Community Banker is published in virtual- turning-page and PDF formats. The magazine is provided to and read by over 1,100 community bank directors, CEO's, presidents and other key management personnel in every community bank and thrift in Arkansas. Other reader groups include ACB associate members and Preferred Providers, as well as governmental and regulatory officials at the state and national levels. Each issue of The Arkansas Community Banker is filled with leading edge information that has a bearing on Arkansas' banking and financial services industry environment. The electronic format allows readers to archive issues of The Arkansas Community Banker for future use as a research resource. The Arkansas Community Banker is the official news source for the Arkansas Community Bankers Association. The only statewide association exclusively representing the interests of Arkansas owned and controlled community banks. Each quarter over 1,100 copies are circulated electronically to community bank CEO's, chairpersons, presidents, directors, senior lenders, operations officers and other executive and mid-level managers in every community bank and thrift in Arkansas. The Arkansas Community Banker is published quarterly in February, May; August and November. Issues are emailed the last week of the month. Space reservations are due no later than the 5th of the month preceding publication. Ad art is due no later than the 10th of the month preceding publication.
Cancellations and changes will not be accepted unless received in writing prior to closing dates. Failure of advertisers to provide copy in time to meet publishing deadline of any issue in which space is reserved will cause advertiser's most recent ad to be published or no ad will be published. The advertiser will be billed for all reserved space. Failure to fulfill contract voids discounts, commissions and protected positions and subjects advertiser to back-billing at open rate for ads placed under contract.

- All insertion orders are accepted by the Publisher upon the representation by the agency and the advertiser that they are each authorized to publish the entire contents. Advertiser assumes full and complete responsibility and liability for the content of all advertising copy submitted, printed and published pursuant to this agreement and shall indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless against any demands, claims or liability for it.
- The term "advertising agency" or "agency" as used in the Rate Card refers to an individual or group of individuals who make the media selection, handle the order, coordinate and process prompt payment.
- The Arkansas Community Banker shall not be liable for failure to publish or distribute all or any part of any issue because of labor disputes, accidents, fires, acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Publisher. Further, The Arkansas Community Banker shall not be liable for damages if for any reason there is a failure to publish any advertisements.
- All advertisements must be clearly and prominently identified by trademark or signature of the advertiser. The words "paid advertisement" shall be printed at the top of any advertisement which, in the opinion of the Publisher, may be confused with any editorial pages.
- The Arkansas Community Banker will not be bound by any conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on order blanks or copy instructions when such conditions conflict with the regulations set forth in the Rate Card. No waiver or modification to the foregoing shall be binding on the Publisher unless agreed to in writing.
- The advertiser and the advertising agency, jointly and severally, assume liability for the payment of charges for materials published in The Arkansas Community Banker at their discretion or on their behalf. Bills or invoices may be sent at the Publisher's option to the advertiser and/or the agency. Notice of any demand for collection, or other legal notice, to either the advertiser or the agency shall serve as notice to the other. Publisher shall present a statement to the advertiser detailing the charges for advertisements inserted in the previous publication on or before the fifteenth day of the month immediately following publication. Advertiser shall pay for all advertisements inserted within fifteen days after receipt of such statement.
- Any and all taxes, whether federal, state or local, that may be imposed on any advertising published pursuant to this agreement shall be paid by the advertiser and such amount shall be billed to the advertiser in addition to the amount otherwise payable.
- The Publisher reserves the right to increase the rates contained in the Rate Card from time to time in its sole discretion based on an increase in its rate schedule. In the event of such an increase in rates, the advertiser shall have the option of canceling the remainder of this agreement as of the date of the new rates becoming effective or to continue at the new rates.
- If the advertiser does not utilize the amount of space set forth in the order, advertiser shall pay Publisher the difference if any between the charges for which advertiser has been billed based on the agreed amount of space and frequency of publication and the charges based on the higher rate that becomes applicable by reason either of the reduction in space or the number of insertions. This additional amount shall be due and payable immediately on termination of this agreement.
- Publisher may stop inserting advertiser's advertisements if the payment of any bill or statement is not made when due or if the advertiser makes an assignment for benefit of creditors or if a petition in bankruptcy is filled by or against the advertiser or if the advertiser goes out of business or announces an intention to do so.
- Advertiser shall be responsible for submission of all advertising copy, including changes, to the Publisher on or before the 10th of the month preceding publication. Advertising submitted or ordered in accordance with the foregoing cannot be canceled after the closing date. Publisher reserves the right to change the closing date for receiving advertising by giving fifteen days' notice in writing to the advertiser.
- When no acceptable copy is furnished by the closing date, The Arkansas Community Banker reserves the right to repeat the latest advertisement and/or charge at otherwise applicable rates for the reserved space.
- Publisher reserves the right to alter any printing materials received at variance with mechanical requirements. Such alterations will be billed at actual cost to the advertiser. The Publisher reserves the right to trim, reset or to change materials to standard sizes.
- The Arkansas Community Banker is published for public information; the advertiser or its agent must include its copyright notice in its advertisements if it seeks copyright protection.
- Publisher may reject any advertising, at any time, for any reason.
- Advertisers will be presumed to have read these terms and agreed to their conditions without any further contact or notice
